Emerging Science

MercuryWise offers parents and physicians genetic tests, risk assessment and education to help people with sensitivities understand and manage the effect of mercury in their lives. The creative brief included brand identity, digital marketing strategy, onboarding user experience, and a digital report product.

Project Scope

We designed, developed, and built the application to manage test kit orders, and deliver secure online test results, including the complex logic and presentation layer for dynamically built reports.

Onboarding customers

We helped design and develop the new customer on-boarding strategy to be as informative and succinct as possible. Simplicity, safety, and security concerns were critical factors in design consideration.

As part of the research phase, we discovered that trust was the most important purchasing consideration for parents. As part of the design process we distilled quotes and insights from the research, and user testing phase.

Digital product

We created a user interface to present the complex logic of the analysis of the physical data. Emphasis on important data points were a critical design feature.
